Add a little colour to your day: put your mental health in the picture!
On headspace day we want to encourage young Australians to learn some simple tips to build their mental health and wellbeing.
headspace collaborated with young people throughout Australia to develop the following tips:
- Get into life and do stuff that’s important to you
- Learn new ways to handle tough times
- Build close and connected relationships
- Eat well
- Stay active
- Get enough sleep
- Cut back on alcohol and other drugs
