Family & Friends supporting a young person with mental health issues - we need your help

Family & friends caring for a young person with mental health issues—we need your advice

1 in 4 young people experience depression, anxiety or substance use disorders in a given year.
Here at headspace we know that by including those who are significant in the lives of young people we can strengthen the supports available to those young people who are struggling with issues like these.
If you are providing support for a young person experiencing mental health issues, we would like to hear from you, at either a group forum over the next few weeks, or on the phone if you can’t get to a forum.
We would like your views on a range of issues, from how we can better involve you in supporting your friend or family member, to ideas for public sessions we would like to run to provide some support for friends and family members.
Join us for an informal chat over a coffee and a bite to eat.
