We're still open, just doing things a little differently...

We're still open to support you. As we slowly and safely adapt our practices with COVID-19 guidelines in mind, we continue to provide appointments through phone and video (face to face/screen to screen) for our young people. We are not yet offering in-person appointments, though we will soon.

We want to ensure young people are getting the support they need, in a safe way for them and their families, through these difficult and confusing times. Although it's not in-person, we still want to connect and support you.

If you have any questions about this change or how it affects an upcoming appointment, please call us on (07) 5509 5900, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We've also created a new 2020 brochure  for more information on the services we provide.

eheadspace offers free online and telephone support and counselling to young people 12-25 years,  9am-1am AEDT everyday!!

eheadspace also offers Group Chat sessions. It's your opportunity to speak anonymously online to mental health professionals and hear from other young people about a topic that will be discussed.  Connect online,  Monday to Friday from 6pm - 10pm AEDT.
