Covid 19 Update
Please find below our updated Covid 19 response policy from our lead agency 'Murray Mallee GP Network'.
As we continue to adapt our service to ensure that both staff and clients are safe and we provide you with ongoing service, we have changed how our appointments are delivered.
We are moving to telehealth appointments for most people. However, we realise that this is not always an option for some people for a number of reasons.
If you feel that telehealth may compromise your care, please let our staff know when they contact you to arrange your next appointment. Your clinician will then contact you to discuss your situation in more detail.
We are also changing our requirements around mask-wearing. A surgical mask will need to be worn at all times, including during the appointment. If you have an exemption from wearing a mask and have an appointment, we will now offer you a telehealth appointment unless you can wear a mask during your visit to our office.
