headspace Miranda feature in the local Leader
On the 11th May 2015, headspace Miranda Community Engagement Officer's headed out to Sylvania High School to talk to year 12 students about exam stress. The presentation helps students to feel a little bit more at ease about their upcoming HSC exams by providing them with some simple strategies to ensure they're looking after their mental health and wellbeing whilst studying.
