Role: Youth Access Clinician

Favourite food? Peanut butter toast – this probably sounds really boring… but how good is peanut butter toast.

How you keep a healthy headspace? Making sure I get enough sleep, being aware of stretching myself too thin - saying no if I need to, and doing fun exercise.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you want to have? A big warm jumper (I get cold really easy), Tomato sauce (I reckon you would have to eat some pretty gross things) and a tennis ball to play with (it would probably get pretty boring – who doesn’t like handball?).

Role: Administration

Favourite food? Cured Meats and cheeses – I like to pick at things.

How you keep a healthy headspace? I like to do something creative – painting or playing my ukulele. It doesn’t matter what the result is, it’s just a great way to rest my thoughts.

I’m also a keen scuba diver, being under the water puts me in a totally different world where nothing else exists. It’s also a great way to meet other people, and spend time outdoors.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you want to have?

Mask and snorkel – I’m going to make the most of the ocean!
