From Monday 30 th March all headspace staff will be working remotely from home, with the exception of our doctor and nurse. We are still open for business and will continue to provide services to our clients and community, however different arrangements will be in place to keep everyone safe. All our appointments will be delivered through online and digital platforms. Your worker will speak to you about this and you will be given more details of how to access this when you get your SMS appointment reminder. You can still call us and you can still make referrals to all our programs. We understand that these are difficult times for everyone and encourage you to speak to your worker or contact your nearest office if you have any concerns.
While things are moving with COVID-19, we want you to know that headspace Launceston is still here for you. We are operating a combination of in-person, online and phone services. If you need help please get in touch.

How to refer
Referrals can now be made online via Cornerstone Youth Services website, just click the following link
Or alternatively complete one of the referral forms below so the worker contacting you has a bit of an idea what kind of assistance you need.
Download and print a copy of the registration form below and complete. Email the form back to us at email@example.com
Once the form is received, we will phone you within 2 working days.
The person calling you will be a mental health professional from our access team and will discuss what's happening for you at the moment. If headspace is the right service for you, we'll arrange a time to meet you in person at the centre. This is a chance to ask more questions and get a good idea of what we provide. You're welcome to bring in a support person - family, friend - anyone you'd like to have with you.
100% of donations go towards improving the mental health and well-being of young people in our local community.
How will your donation support young people in our community?
Our goal is to increase the number of young people seeking help early by:
- Improving the mental health literacy of young people and their supports
- Raise awareness about headspace Launceston and its range of services
- Mobilise local young people to take action to reduce the stigma associated with mental health
- Are you considering running a fundraising event for headspace Launceston?
If your school, club or workplace are interested in running a fundraising event for headspace Launceston then we would like to hear from you.
