Headspace Goulburn are committed to providing ongoing services to young people. Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation we will be transitioning to more flexible ways of delivering our services.

All clients will be offered online video or phone appointments (telehealth). Talk to us if you would prefer in-person appointments - we will try and work out how best to support you, but we may not be able to offer these at this time.

If you have any concerns please call us on 02 48244944 during business hours.

All of our group programs have been temporarily suspended for March and April 2020. This will be reviewed as time goes on. We are working on developing innovative ways for young people to connect with each other online. New opportunities will be promoted on our social media (facebook: headspace Goulburn and instagram: @goulburnheadspace).

These steps have been taken to ensure the safety of young people, family and friends, and staff working in the centre. We appreciate this is a worrying time for young people and their family and friends. Many issues arise from this evolving situation. On our social media pages you will find helpful tips and advice on managing stress. We also offer digital services - check them out at eheadspace.org.au.
