 COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT 

Our 360 Health + Community clinics are continuing to operate. As we continue to monitor the developing situation on COVID-19, our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients and their families and 360 Health team members.

Based on the latest WA Government announcement on COVID-19, masks will be mandatory when you visit us, until further notice.

Telehealth options are available for most appointments. Please speak with our friendly team if you would prefer this option 

With COVID-19 in the community, it is important for you to keep yourself and others safe. When you visit us, please remember to:

 Wear a face mask 
 Check-in  using ServiceWA, SafeWA or provided contact registers
 Practice physical distancing (keep at least 1.5metres or two arms lengths from each other)
 Practice good hand hygiene  (washing hands regularly and hand sanitising)
 Practice cough etiquette (cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use your elbow)
 Stay home  if you have attended an exposure site or if you are unwell
