Workshop: Get the most out of a GP visit

Meet headspace Craigieburn GP, Dr Jessie, and learn about how to talk to your doctor about health referrals and support that best work for you. Dr Jessie will also explain what a Mental Health Care Plan is, and how to get one.

Miniseries workshops: Preparing for Exams

Practical, simple exam and study tips, with a focus on maintaining your wellbeing during the stressful exam period.

3 Session Course: Health Hacks

Designed for young people by young people, this short course helps you manage your health more independently, covers some awkward questions and covers modern and relevant health issues for young adults.

Every second Wednesday 4pm-6pm starting 5th October until 2 November at headspace Craigieburn.
