"Chilled"- A New Group Therapy Program For Anxious Teens
Would you like to learn how to manage your anxiety better?
Chilled is a new group therapy program developed by Macquarie University that uses evidence-based methods to help you get on top of your anxiety so that you can get the most out of your day and be your best self.
The program runs for 10 weeks on Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm from the 13th October- 15th December 2016 at the Dougherty Community Centre, 7 Victor Street, Chatswood.
