ARCS  - Mondays 3:30 - 4:30

The ARCs Program (Adaptability, Reflection, Connection, Self) is a resilience program intended for young people experiencing mild mental health concerns as a means of early intervention. Guided by principles of connection, gratitude, empathy, and reflection, the resilience program will engage young people across seven weeks via a series of workshops and creative hands-on resources.

It is a fun and supported way to learn new ways of relating to yourself and others and new skills to help you feel more confident and able to process difficult emotions.
